My Story
My love of Photography started young I was always taking my parents Cameras and playing with them before getting my first camera a Kodak 110 camera. I worked more with video thru High School and college, but I always had at least one still camera. In the last few years I have started collecting older film cameras Some working some not. As I mostly use my sony A7R you will see me use my “Girls” Canon A-1 and AE-1 and my recent purchase Mamiya 3C
I am Influenced by many different artist and photographers in my artistic and professional work. Most notably photographers from the beginning of the 20th century some we have lost their names to time they used their cameras to capture what life was on the streets and in the towns and cities at that time. our own TARDS. What I love about photography is 100 years from now someone will still be looking at my images as a record of what life was like.
My Background
An NY EMMY award winning photojournalist. A graduate of New York Institute of Technology in 1996. In my 27-year career I have worked for News 12 long island, Fox 5, WWOR ch9, The Associated Press and HDnews. I am an ex firefighter for 10 years making the rank of captain
